Blake Shelton Says NO To More Television

He’s got a sweet gig on The Voice, and just made his acting debut on Reba McEntire’s show, Malibu Country, but don’t think Blake Shelton is making a permanent jump to television anytime soon.

“As soon as the leash gives me a little slack from The Voice, I’m going straight back into touring,” Blake says. “I can’t see myself going from The Voice into more television. I think there will at least be a break there.”

Well, he didn’t give a definite no, so maybe down the road at some point. Can you just imagine a sitcom starring Blake? He’d make awesome television! Plus, he’s proven he can hold an audience. He was voted America’s favorite reality show judge in a recent poll by The Insider. And his acting chops aren’t half bad either! Just watch the video below from his stint on Malibu Country.
