Carrie Underwood Attends NY Fashion Week

Carrie Underwood has made her fashion week debut! The country trend setter was spotted in New York City over the weekend attending the Rebecca Minkoff and Peter Som shows for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.

Carrie, pictured in a pink Ted Baker dress, is no stranger to fashion so it’s a bit surprising that this is her first time attending the big event, but she has a good reason. She told the AP she doesn’t get a lot of time to attend the shows despite her love for fashion. “I just thought I’d come in for the day and go along for the ride,” she says.

The singer also found time to chat with E! News about one of her favorite designers, Rebecca Minkoff. In the video below she gushes over the feminine style of Minkoff’s designs.
