Johnny Depp Plays Guitar with Willie Nelson

Shut the front door! Johnny Depp – yes, the famed actor – jumped on stage to play lead guitar with Willie Nelson!

Willie was playing a set for the South for Southwest Music Festival in Austin, Texas, when “John” was introduced to the crowd. Johnny, disguised as John in a fashionable fedora and button down vest, played along side Willie to “On The Road Again,” one of the country singer’s most famous songs.

Apparently Johnny Depp wasn’t the only special guest during the song. ABC affiliate KUVE in Austin reported via Facebook that Willie’s son, Lukas Nelson, was also playing during the set.

This isn’t the first time Johnny Depp has crashed concerts by playing his guitar. He’s played with Alice Cooper and an amazing 30 second solo with Aerosmith. I do think, however, that his duet with Willie is the best. I may be a bit bias.
