Seriously, we had SO many options when deciding which look to feature for Get The Look! Kelsea wore this outfit to the Musicians On Call Rock The Room Tour Kickoff party and completely stole the show. Though her dress is vibrant and suited and colorfully bright, Kelsea makes the look work for Fall or Winter by pairing the dress with black - also making her impossibly chic!
